Please be aware that our products are prepared in an environment where the following allergens are present: Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts, and Sulphites. Additionally, some of the ingredients we use are sourced from facilities that handle Peanuts and Tree nuts. While we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from these allergens.

Please note that our products are baked fresh to order. We require a minimum of 2 days’ notice to ensure the highest quality and freshness for your enjoyment. Please note, our order cut-off time is at 4pm for next-day processing. Thank you for your understanding!

Order by 4pm for next-day dispatch, with tracked delivery across the UK within 1 business day. (Please note: Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be dispatched the following Monday.) 

Prefer to plan ahead? You can even select your own delivery date! Deliveries available Tuesday through Saturday. We offer next day delivery across the UK through our courier, DPD.

For that just-out-of-the-oven gooeyness, we strongly recommend heating our cookies in the oven at 180°C for 3-5 minutes (or microwaving for 10 seconds). They can also be served at room temperature.
