HOW AND WHERE ARE YOUR COOKIES MADE?
All orders are freshly baked at our kitchen, with food hygiene up to standard. We only use the finest ingredients, such as Lurpark Butter, Free-range Organic Eggs, Organic Flour, Cacao Barry Chocolate, Callebaut Chocolate, All-natural Fruits, Nuts, Spices and Flavourings.
WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer a wide variety of cookies as listed in our cookie page. We also provide gluten-free and dairy-free option. All our cookies are baked fresh to order using premium ingredients.
DO YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
We offer a limited selection of gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan cookies. If in doubt, please consult with us about any dietary restrictions or allergies. Please be aware that our products are prepared in an environment where the following allergens are present: Gluten, Milk, Eggs, Soya, Sesame, Nuts, Peanuts, and Sulphites. Additionally, some of the ingredients we use are sourced from facilities that handle Peanuts. While we take great care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are completely free from these allergens.
WHAT SIZES ARE YOUR COOKIES?
Approximately 100g. Our cookies are the perfect size for satisfying your sweet tooth, each one is a deliciously indulgent 100g of pure joy. Big enough to share, but we won’t judge if you keep it all to yourself!
HOW LONG WILL MY COOKIES STAY FRESH FOR?
All our products are made without artificial preservatives, so we recommend devouring them on the day for your best experience. Our cookies are so irresistible, but if you manage to resist, they will stay fresh for up to 5 days. But let's be honest, they'll probably be gone long before then!
HOW DO I STORE MY COOKIES?
To keep our cookies at their best, store them as it is at room temperature and keep them out of direct sunlight. They will stay delicious for up to 5 days. For longer storage, you can even freeze them for up to 1 month. Just thaw and enjoy whenever you need a sweet treat. Please take reference to our storage instructions.
HOW CAN I BEST ENJOY MY COOKIES ONCE RECEIVED?
To experience the ultimate cookie indulgence, enjoy them fresh on the day they are baked. We strongly recommend reheating them slightly in the oven (or in the microwave) for that just-out-of-the-oven gooeyness. We suggest taking a look at our recommended serving guidance. And remember, sharing is optional — these cookies are so good, you might want to keep them all to yourself!
ORDER
HOW MANY DAYS IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
All orders are baked fresh and to order at our bakery. We advise ordering minimum 2 days in advance. Please note, our order cut-off time is at 4pm for next-day processing.
HOW CAN I CONFIRM IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?
Payment is needed to confirm orders and your order cannot be guaranteed until payment is received. An invoice and order confirmation email would be sent once payment is received.
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and cash for in-person pickups. For bulk orders payment by cash, 50% deposit will be required.
CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order. To ensure that we can accommodate changes to your order, we require a minimum of 2 days' advance notice before the scheduled delivery or collection date. This allows us to prepare and adjust our baking schedule accordingly. Changes requested within this time frame will be subject to our availability and may incur additional fees.
DELIVERY/COLLECTION
WHAT AREA DO YOU COVER FOR DELIVERY?
We deliver our cookies nationwide across the UK with DPD's Next Day Delivery Service. For bulk order over £100, we offer door to door delivery service in Central London.
CAN I GET MY COOKIES HAND DELIVERED?
For bulk order over £100, we offer door to door delivery service in Central London. Please contact us for orders that need to be arrive at or by a specific time. Delivery fees may vary depending on your location.
HOW DO I GET UPDATES ON THE DELIVERY?
You will receive an email notification when we ship your order and another email with your delivery time slot on the scheduled day. All DPD deliveries are fully tracked with Safe Place options.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE DELIERY DELAYS?
While we dispatch all our cookies using Next Day Delivery Service, we cannot be held liable for delays within the DPD delivery system. These delays are rare, and any delivery issues will be communicated to you by DPD on the day. For more details, please see our Delivery Policy.
HOW CAN I ENSURE THE DELIVERY WITHOUT ISSUES?
- It is important to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery on the scheduled day. Alternatively, you can arrange delivery to a Safe Place or to a neighbor.
- If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, DPD will make a second attempt the following day. However, due to the freshly baked nature of our products, we cannot make further delivery attempts.
- We are not responsible for non-deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or unavailability on the scheduled delivery day.

RETURN/REFUND/CANCELLATION
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the delivery/collection date will receive a full refund of the order total.
- Cancellations made 2-6 days prior to the delivery/collection date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- Unfortunately, orders cancelled within 48 hours of the order date are not eligible for a refund.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are sorry to hear that you are cancelling your order.
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@cheekycookiebakery.com. Please provide your order number for quicker reference. We will assist you promptly and guide you through the cancellation process.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
- All our products are baked to order, and as such, we do not accept returns.
- We ensure that all our products arrive in impeccable condition. If you encounter any issues with your order upon arrival, please take a photo documenting any damage and notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will promptly respond to resolve the matter.
